Financial Formulas

Conversion Rate: How many visitors (clicks) are needed to sell one item.
Number of visitors divided by the number of sales = conversion rate.
Ex: 100 visitors divided by 1 sale = 100

Visitor Value: How much a visitor is worth
Net profit per sale divided by conversion rate = visitor value
Ex: 23.32 divided by 100 =.23
Each visitor is worth 23 cents.

Net Profit: How much you make when you sell an item
(Gross Revenue – total expenses) divided by total sales = net profit on sale
